T2Data (simulated 'time-point 2' data for checking new data)
T2Data.RdThe same patient-reported observations as T1Data, plus three
additional rows recorded at a later time point, used to demonstrate
create_new_data().
Format
A data frame with 9 rows and 7 variables:
- subject
A character ID variable ("A", "B", "C", "D")
- record
A numeric record ID (1-6)
- start_date
a beginning date (from 2022-01-25 to 2022-04-22)
- mid_date
a middle date (from 2022-03-15 to 2022-04-15)
- end_date
a last date (from 2022-03-25 to 2022-04-22)
- text_var
a patient-reported clinical observation
- factor_var
the observation's category (e.g. "headache", "fatigue")
